WOD 4 Autism
Join us on September 14
Autism affects many incredible people. 1 in 59 children are affected by this disorder, which impairs the ability to interact and communicate. Different kinds of therapy, like animal-assisted therapy, help children and adults better function and communicate. This donation-based WOD will go towards Rising Stars Therapeutic Riding Center.

Rising Stars Therapeutic Riding Center provides therapy services for children and adults with a wide range of disabilities. Regan Chambers is one of those people.

Regan is a staple at The Pack Crossfit. Her genuine take on workouts is refreshing, but brutally honest. Regan is the daughter of Coach Becky and Harold Chambers, and she was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 3. She has been actively doing Crossfit for 7 years. Her love for all animals started very early in life. Through countless therapies, they found Rising Stars horse therapy many years ago and she has loved every summer since. The combination of Crossfit and Horse Therapy has built her confidence immensely. She comes alive on a horse, she can speak eloquently, she can answer questions, and she is so so happy to be a part of this program. Rising Stars Therapeutic Riding Center has helped her and many other people from our community, which is why we are donating all proceeds from this WOD to them.

Auya.com is a major sponsor of this WOD by creating the shirts.
